Klamath County Drainage Service District (KCDSD) seeks quotations for the project named above and described in this Request for Quotation (“Request”). Quotations, which include Pages 1-6 of this quote package, may be:
• Return Quotes by 4pm on October 6, 2023
• Emailed to , or
• Mailed to Klamath County Public Works, Attn: Ryan Hamilton
• Hand delivered to Public Works
Plans, Quote Documents and Sample Contract may be obtained from the Klamath County Bids Posting Website (https://www.klamathcounty.org/bids.aspx).
Pages other than 1-6 of this quotation document are not required to be returned to Klamath County Public Works.
QUOTATION PROVIDERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING ALL INSTRUCTIONS AND CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED IN THIS REQUEST.
By submitting a Quotation for this project, Quote Provider certifies that it is able to comply with the terms and conditions of the contract, including insurance requirements and other federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing services purchased through the resultant contract. Each Quote Provider further certifies that it has read and agrees to enter into a contract using the form of agreement provided as Exhibit ‘A’ Sample Contract. Quote Provider further agrees that all material submitted for any portion of this Request shall become County property and will not be returned to the Quote Provider.
