Emergency Contraception

Klamath County Public Health has emergency contraception available to women who have had unprotected intercourse (either through method omission or method failure) for up to 120 hours (5 days) after the incident. Emergency contraception is designed to prevent a pregnancy but will not harm fetus if pregnancy has already occurred.

    • Diaphragms and Cervical Barriers
    • Emergency Contraceptive (Plan B)
    • IUDs
    • Nuva Ring
    • Ortho Evra Patch

  • Pap smear, pregnancy, and STI testing
  • Physical exams
