No Smoking Rules
Businesses must post signs noting that smoking is prohibited.
As of January 1, 2010, landlords, as part of their rental agreement, are required to disclose their smoking policy. A survey of Oregon renters conducted in July 2008 found that 70% of Oregon renters say they would choose a smoke-free rental.
