Detitle or Retitle of Manufactured Home

Exempting from Title or Removing Exemption of a Manufactured Home

Your manufactured structure may be eligible for the exemption process if you own the land the manufactured structure is located on. This exemption means that the structure is recorded as part of the land account and is considered real property for assessment purposes. If your manufactured structure is already exempt, you do not need to complete any forms unless you are going to move the structure. Exempting a manufactured structure means that when transferring ownership of your property by deed recording, your manufactured structure will also be transferred. For more details on how to complete this process, please contact us at (541) 883-4297 or you may contact any title insurance company.
